Early June-Deadline to Submit Items for Annual Meeting Agenda and Ballot (This is to allow time for information to be prepared and mailed out before the meeting)

Early August - usually the Second Saturday of August - Annual Meeting of association, and picnic. (First board meeting immediately follows to handle officer election, banking resolution and bank signature cards).  Be sure to check the Notice of Meetings page for exact dates, or contact a director.

Approximately Mid October (depending on range conditions)- Livestock leaves.
