Elk Stream Ranch Property Owners Association DRC improvement application submittal directions

Read the governing documents. Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (especially article 9) Design Standards and Review Procedures (DRC rules)   Please plan ahead and allow up to 30 days for the DRC to give approval (or disapproval) of a proposed improvement.   We use a spreadsheet to track compliance with our controlling documents. Please read this spreadsheet. It is found here: DRC Checklist April, 2024   Download the DRC Application form, found here: ESR-DRC-Application.docx, and fill it out. Then, mail it and the appropriate fee amount to the DRC chairman. The check should be payable to "Elk Stream Ranch POA". Please write "DRC Application Fee" on the check.  This can precede or be included with the required drawings and supporting explanations sent to the DRC Chair that are referenced below. Call or email the DRC chair to verify the class of submittal and mailing address.   Make 3 copies of the required drawings and supporting explanations.   Snail mail or scan and email a copy to each Design Review Committee (DRC) member.
