The board would like to encourage all owners to attend our next annual meeting. It is an opportunity to meet and visit with fellow Elk Stream Ranch members, as well as directly participate in the governance of our association.

We also encourage all who would like to be heard at a board meeting, or participate in any way, to contact any board officer for instructions in how to attend, either in person, or via teleconference. Note on Emergency meetings listed below - generally, these are listed as an emergency in order to fit a meeting within the Director's crazy schedule.  If we give less than 10 days notice, these meeting must be declared as an emergency.
